Aezora reserves the right to modify product prices at any time without prior notice.

Order Acceptance

Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. This does not constitute acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, payment issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on location, courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Aezora shall not be held responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics providers.

Returns & Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges only for products that are damaged in transit or where an incorrect item has been received.

To be eligible for an exchange, customers must provide a clear, uninterrupted unboxing video recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened.

Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
