Returns & Exchanges

At Aezora, every piece is carefully inspected before it is packed and shipped. However, in the rare event that you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we will be happy to assist with an exchange.

Important: Unboxing Video Required

To be eligible for an exchange due to damage, customers must record a clear, uninterrupted video while opening the package.

The video must:

  • Start before the shipping package is opened.

  • Clearly show the sealed package and shipping label.

  • Capture the complete unboxing process in a single continuous recording.

  • Clearly show the product and any damage, defect, or discrepancy.

Unfortunately, we will not be able to process exchange requests for damaged items without a valid unboxing video.

Exchange Eligibility

Exchanges will only be considered if:

  • The product received is damaged during transit.

  • The product received is incorrect.

  • The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery.

  • A valid unboxing video is provided.

Non-Returnable Items

As a small-batch brand, we currently do not offer returns for:

  • Change of mind.

  • Incorrect size selection.

  • Preference-related concerns.

  • Minor variations in colour, texture, or handcrafted details.

How to Request an Exchange

Please email us at wearaezora@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order with:

  • Your order number.

  • Photographs of the issue.

  • The complete unboxing video.

Our team will review the request and respond within 2–3 business days.

Exchange Approval

Once approved, we will arrange for the damaged item to be collected and replaced with the same product, subject to availability.
